How you’ll be impactful:

You will join our Barges Business Unit team at our office at Petah Tikva and contribute to the strategic development of the Barges Affiliates and Partners program.

What you’ll be doing:

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, collaborating to optimize and expand campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Lead strategic efforts to establish the long-term vision and goals of the affiliate program.
• Implement strategic initiatives and projects to drive growth and development

What you’ll need to be successful:

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliates & Partners Management, preferably in Gambling or related fields
• Results-driven
• Understanding of user acquisition basics and tools in Web and Mobile environments
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Proficient understanding of digital marketing and the online industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in marketing, business, or a related field.
