Junior Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

· Manage a daily and close relationship with our players.

· Support and understand our players’ requirements and educate accordingly to help them have the best platform usage practices.

· Engage with our players daily.

· Keep daily track and monitor the player’s activity.

· Fully understand our product: Economy, Product, Monetization, features, machines, etc.

· Help us bring our players to the

· next level.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams inside the company.

Requirements:

· No previous experience required.

· High level English speaker

· Deep understanding / interest in mobile games / online marketing field - Advantage

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.

· Excellent communication skills, capable of establishing and Maintaining connections with players and

· Customer-Focused.

· Take proactive measures to add value for players and enhance engagement with our games.

· Driven by targets and KPI.

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn!
