User Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a results-driven User Acquisition Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, specifically focused on driving user growth through strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful Google campaigns and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and grow our customer base.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Shopping Ads, to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for user acquisition.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for user acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in user acquisition, strongly emphasizing Google Ads.
• Expertise in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager).
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and optimize performance campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing is a plus.
