About The Role

As the Team Lead for HR Shared Services at Reckitt, you will be the cornerstone of HR efficiency and effectiveness. Your leadership will empower a dedicated team to deliver high-standard HR services that ripple through the heart of our organisation. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

• Drive daily operations within the HR Shared Service team, championing service delivery excellence.
• Mentor and support team members, cultivating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage HR service requests, ensuring responsive and precise solutions that align with our high service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Foster collaborative partnerships with HR business partners and other key stakeholders to enable fluid service delivery and tackle complex HR challenges.
• Develop and uphold standard operating procedures to confirm consistent service excellence and full compliance.
• Lead process enhancement projects to elevate service delivery and operational efficiency.
  
  

The experience we're looking for

• Seasoned background in HR operations or shared services, including leadership experience.
• Proficient in managing HR systems and familiar with HR processes, policies, and legislation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire a team and engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and drive informed decisions.
• Well-versed in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
