Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Description

Fiverr is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team. To succeed in your role, recruitment must be your passion. Your main purpose will be to help us shape Fiverr's future by hiring talents, scouting potential candidates through various channels, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for hiring needs.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling interviews for R&D roles
• Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great candidate experience
• Manage cross-functional projects and events with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences and etc
• Additional projects as needed
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting (Engineering, DevOps, etc.)
• Sourcing skills, significant candidate outreach, building short and long-term sourcing strategies
• Strong communication skills, people person, positive and can-do approach
• High level of English - written and verbal
• Strong attention to details and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment
