Looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual to shape our training programs.

• Work from home one day per week.
• Full time position in the north district (Beit She'an Valley).

As our Training Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and implementing customized training programs for production and quality personnel.
• Overseeing training projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Designing engaging learning experiences, including courses, self-paced learning modules, and performance support tools.
• Leading strategic initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Measuring and analyzing training effectiveness to inform future development.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools.
• Military training development experience is a plus.
• Professional English skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
