The Monetization team, driving revenue growth and improving the game experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

• producing all in-game communications segmented according to players behaviors and motivations.
• Craft and optimize custom, effective, and strategic plans that can help reach business targets.
• developing monthly plans while utilizing all game features and marketing tools.
• identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and devising innovative ideas to engage players.
• Working closely with creative and operations teams, as well as the Business Analytics and Economy.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Monetization role
• Excel proficiency - Must
• Strong English written/verbal communication skills
• A focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games – advantage.
• Willingness to work an on-call weekend shift once a month
• Gaming background – advantage
• Relevant academic degree (such as, Business Administration, Game Design, or related fields)- Advantage
• Previous experience in design, UX/UI – advantage
