Key Responsibilities

Performs transactions related to HR administrative and operational activities.
Expands skills to execute HR processes requiring intermediate level of knowledge and experience with a high degree of accuracy
Follows standard procedures and may require discretion based on common sense and basic experience
Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
Operates under moderate supervision and guidance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Customer support/service experience from an organization
Familiarity with Workday system- an advantage
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
