HR Coordinator – Maternity Leave Replacement

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team as a maternity leave replacement. This is a full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00. Key Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding and support new hires throughout the onboarding process Handle employee offboarding processes Prepare and manage employment agreements, amendments, and related documentation Manage attendance reports and monitor attendance data Support ongoing payroll-related processes Provide employees with guidance and support on HR-related matters Handle a variety of day-to-day HR activities Support and coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities Perform ongoing HR administrative tasks 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources – must Familiarity with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, attendance management, and payroll-related processes Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Service-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders Responsible, independent, and able to work in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office – an advantage Position: Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Employment Type: Maternity leave replacement
