Data Analyst

Our mission is to revolutionize the telemedicine industry by providing exceptional medical services through innovative technology.

We are looking for a business-oriented Data Analyst specializing in customer behavior analysis and purchasing habits, with a focus on customer retention, acquisition, and maximizing customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will be able to identify attractive products, develop potential for new products, retain customers, and manage repeat purchase processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer behavior and purchasing habits to improve user experience and promote products.
• Develop retention and acquisition strategies based on data analysis.
• Gain deep insights to identify churn-prone customers and improve retention.
• Identify high-potential products and develop new product opportunities.
• Improve marketing campaigns and customer retention.
• Generate regular insights reports for management with recommendations to improve performance.
• Work with advanced BI tools to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering,

Business management, Statistics, Economic,

• etc.)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
• Ability to analyze data and extract actionable business insights.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the B2C industry – advantage

Experience:

• Previous experience in data analysis, with a focus on customer retention and acquisition.
• Experience in building predictive models to analyze customer churn and retention.
• Advantage for candidates with experience in the eCommerce or telemedicine industry.
• Experience working closely with marketing and product teams is a plus.
