Technical Account Manager

Come join AZTEK, a leading Microsoft Partner! We're looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our sales team. 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Lead and oversee technical aspects of the sales cycle, in collaboration with various internal teams.
• Provide guidance on Cloud design, architecture, and best practices.
• Understand client needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Translate technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discussions and presentations.
• Write SOW papers.

Experience and Skills:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of AWS and/or GCP – an advantage.
• Proficiency in configuring and administering Window Servers, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
