We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Talent Development and Experience to lead the design, implementation, and execution of innovative organizational development programs . This role will focus on leadership development, talent management, and enhancing employee career growth in alignment with our company values and goals.
- Designing, developing and executing organizational development programs with unique local implementation on the major sites.
- Designing and executing leadership programs, succession plans, talents, and leadership development tools.
- Creating and implementing programs and initiatives that enhance talent management and employee career growth
- Partnering with HRBPs, and key stakeholders to identify and address divisional development needs, gaps, and opportunities (both individually and as units.)
- Continuously managing the annual OD work plan, including gap analysis, planning initiatives, content development, vendor and budget management, and process optimization.
- Developing and executing change management strategies to facilitate organizational change initiatives to drive organizational readiness for future challenges.
- Leading performance management review cycles from end to end
- Designing and executing organizational surveys and implementing it’s results on the yearly hr plans
- Develop and implement impactful learning and organizational solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with the organization's values, goals, and mission- as a supervisor to employee experience TL
- Manage the global emp exp budget across multiple regions and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Have you got what it takes?
- 7 + years of experience in OD in tech companies, preferably in global software companies
- Experience in rolling out end-to-end programs around leadership development, top talents , succession plans, etc
- Proficiency in content creation for learning sessions, and in designing organizational development processes, with the ability to lead from ideation to execution
- Ability to cultivate strong partnerships and driving multiple focal points across levels, units and geographies
- Data analysis and use of data to generate solutions for org problems
- Mastery of learning solutions, use of AI for effectively design and develop
- Strong project management and collaboration with many stakeholders in a high pace environment, including budget management skills
- up-to-date with the best practices trends and initiatives
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
