Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through diverse channels and screen applications.
• Conduct Zoom interviews with candidates from all over the globe and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers.
• Maintain and organize candidate records using Comeet.
• Stay updated on industry trends for optimal talent acquisition.
• Help with HR operations: onboarding, systems implementation and events in Israel.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience as a recruiter in the global market.
• An excellent level of English and Hebrew.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Comeet or similar ATS systems).
• CRM and AI tools experience - an advantage.
• Positive mindset and great people skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities, self-motivated and capable of independent work.
• Open-minded and adaptable.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work in the US time zone for at least 2 days a week when recruiting from this market.
