HR Partner

Location: Holon (Hybrid)

:Description

• The HR Partner is part of divisional global HR team, supporting multiple business units with all HR activities.
• Works closely with managers and employees to drive talent management strategies, foster a positive work environment, and ensure the company’s HR initiatives align with business goals.
• Manage and implement HR programs and initiatives (such as talent management, employees’ onboarding, compensation, performance management, welfare activities, legal compliance, internal communication, etc).
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment related topics.
  
  

• ~5 years of HR experience, at least 2-3 years in HR partnering role.
• Possess a solid understanding of the full HR cycle: performance management, consulting and mentoring, talent management, development, reward and retention, employee relations, and employee engagement.
• Deep knowledge of HR practices in the Israeli market. Global experience is an advantage.
• Relevant academic background (Bachelor or master’s degree in HR-related studies).

• Experience in working effectively in a dynamic environment and under pressure, to drive multiple deliverables in short time margins; resilient and flexible.
• Executes with excellence: high accountability sets high standards, plans ahead, is “hands-on”, think through every detail, self-driven and proactive, and delivers outstanding results.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data for strategic decision-making.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English - must.
