Global Talent Acquisition Projects Leader

The Global TA Projects Leader will be part of the design, implementation, and execution of different projects within the Talent Acquisition, Mobility & Employer Branding function. This role involves overseeing the execution, implementation, and optimization of recruitment, mobility, and employer branding processes and initiatives across the organization globally.

The position will support the TA & mobility team in managing global recruitment, mobility, and employer branding practices, using project management tools to drive continuous improvement in these areas. Additionally, this role includes managing the budget, setting and tracking KPIs, conducting data analysis, utilizing project management tools and dashboards, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations to guarantee efficient project execution.

Major areas of responsibility

Global Projects

• Utilize data and analytics to influence decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting and mobility programs.
• Execute & support global talent acquisition projects according to unit needs using project management tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Monitoring program performance and making day-to-day operational decisions
• Maintain program assets, including business policies, general guidelines, and FAQs with appropriate stakeholders.
• Assist and back up TA unit projects, providing support as needed.
• Maintain WFP data, reports, and tools.
• Design and prepare policies and procedures for the unit
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

• Prepare, design and maintain team analytics and dashboards included monthly and quarterly reports
• Conducting market research to stay informed of industry trends.
• Benchmarking against competitors and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Provide market insights for processes improvements
  
  

• Executing and tracking KPIs to measure the success of TA initiatives.
• Using data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
• Utilizing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of processes.
• Preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Using analytics to assess new initiatives.
  
  

• Ensuring all talent acquisition and mobility practices comply with local, regional, and global employment laws and regulations.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
• Manage processes such as but not limited to: sensitive positions, educational certificates process, internal mobility etc.
• Manage surveys processes and quarterly results such as offboarding, recruitment satisfaction, relocation satisfaction, flights survey etc
  
  

• Managing the budget for talent acquisition, mobility, and employer branding projects.
• Ensuring cost-effective solutions and ROI on recruitment activities.
  
  

• BSc Industrial Engineering and Management or MBA
• Experience: at least 3 years in a project management role within a global organization.
• Experience in managing budgets and tracking KPIs.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously using strong projects management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of control in English language - must
• Excellence control of office tools, including excel and PowerPoint, reports dashboards
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
• Experience in using talent acquisition, mobility, and employer branding technologies and HRIS systems- advantage
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
