Recruitment Specialist & HR Admin

We’re looking for a professional who can build an organizational infrastructure, drive a transformation, and scale programs and processes across teams, geographies, and an entire business group.

As a Recruiter at Appsforce you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our operational roles. You will be working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

**The position is part-time 70%**

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment of developement positions - must.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field - advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
