Responsibilities
Ownership of technical delivery for their agile team
Leadership/mentorship over their agile team
Developing / Reviewing Code
Influence every aspect of the development process and take part in strategic technological and architecture decision.
Design, develop and deploy high performance distributed applications
Developing, testing and debugging of complicated problems.
Interact with PM, QA and support throughout the product lifecycle
Support our existing systems while striving to make improvements
 
Requirements:
Versatile tech person with at least 3 years' experience in Java server-side development under Linux O/S, Open source.
Proven experience of a complete process of building and releasing a high- quality product.
Deep understanding of OOD, Design patterns, Java internals, multi-threading, parallel processing, SpringBoot, Hibernate.
Ability to understand overall system functionality.
Experience with SQL, RDBMS, Rest.
Experience with Unit Tests, Integration Tests and End-to-End Tests
Experience with Agile Scrum, continues delivery and integration environments
Experience with Open source development and high scale environment
Advanced qualification:
Experience with micro service approach
Experience with Docker and K8s
Experience in AWS cloud computing infrastructure (EC2, AWS Services etc.)
Experience in Big-Data Technologies (Hadoop/Spark etc/NoSql DB).
Experience with in one or more of the following technologies: NoSQL, Gradle, Jenkins
Experience as a small Team Leader
