The team & role

The Brand Design Team at Lightricks is responsible for defining the visual language of Lightricks as a brand, as well as the company’s products. The team acts as a bridge between management and the product and marketing departments, ensuring brand positioning decisions are put into practice. We're looking for a Brand Designer with rich experience ready to contribute to, and elevate our brand narrative.

What you will be doing

• Translate conceptual ideas into design guidelines that effectively deliver the brand message.
• Ensure brand consistency and maintain brand guidelines within Lightricks.
• Design and execute branding materials, including both digital and print assets (web UI, presentations, video style frames, banners, one pagers, etc).
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in brand design.
• Exceptional visual design skills with a strong understanding of color, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Extensive portfolio showcasing work in brand development and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Webflow and After Effects is a plus..
• Familiarity with AI tools (such as ComfyUI, Midjourney etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including marketing, product, and external agencies.
• Strong communication skills, both in Hebrew & English.
