Talent Sourcer

We're Agora, an early-stage Fintech startup based in TLV, on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software helps companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.

What are we looking for:

As a Talent Sourcer at Agora, you will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging various methods including social media, niche communities, and events. Your responsibilities include building a network of high-potential candidates, engaging with passive candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet talent needs. Staying updated on industry trends and using data to refine strategies will be key to ensuring effective sourcing.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of direct sourcing, and an excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels (i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.)
• Strong ability to both screen and sell an opportunity for passive candidates.
• Data-driven practices and abilities
• “Can-do” attitude and a creative approach to sourcing
• High level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• Amazing team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
