This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner at PLASSON Ltd. located in Maagan Michael. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, compliance with labor and employment law, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.

• HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) expertise
• Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in Performance Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
