Data Analyst

We're looking for a Data Analyst who can drive growth through insightful data analysis to join our Growth team at Loox, to join our Growth team.

As a Data Analyst at Loox, you will:

• Lead and manage end-to-end data analysis processes at Loox, and ensure comprehensive and accurate event and data capture through all Loox departments.
• Translate data into critical insights to unlock growth across the Loox funnel.
• Analyze customer data to uncover deep insights into user behavior on Loox, driving data-informed improvements in product and user experience
• Own strategy and development of daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for reporting both within the company and the management team.
• Lead analytics part of product specification document across all Loox product squads.
• Support A/B testing, methodology, results analysis, and recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple threads of work in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll need:

• At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst in a product-led SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate across business areas.
• Strong personal work ethic, including personal initiative and ownership.
• Experience in ecommerce organization - Advantage.
• Experience with Python - Advantage.
