We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Student position) to join our HR team at ThetaRay, where you will play a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent to help drive our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) to look for and connect with potential candidates
• Review online resumes to pre-screen candidates.
• Delivering great candidate experience throughout the process.
• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Conducting phone interviews to filter candidates within schedule.
• Support strategic HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
  
  

• Second-year BSc in Human Resources Management / Psychology or relevant field - an advantage
• Availability for 60%- 3 days a week, with flexibility during exam periods
• Fast learner, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can independently manage tasks with full ownership from initiation to completion (A-to-Z execution)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hebrew
• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
• Previous experience in HR roles + knowledge of labor legislation - an advantage
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
