IT Specialist

About the role

• Part of the IT department
• Providing support to company employees, including R&D, Algorithms, Marketing, and other teams
• Reporting to the Head of Support
• Setting up work environments
• Managing permissions
• Automating existing processes using scripting
• Opening and closing support tickets
• Working primarily with macOS and cloud systems

Requirements-

• 3 years' experience as Senior IT Technician or other senior relevant position
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication ability & interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Working knowledge of Mac operating system
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
