Performance Specialist

We are looking for a Demurrage Performance Specialist that will handle the following:

• Analyze and monitor the countries demurrage performance through the SAP Demurrage system to improve profitability.
• Designing system solutions to improve the countries billing efficiency.

Monitoring tools

• Design and implement monitoring tools to identify trends, improve profitability and improve billing efficiency.
• Improve monitoring tools accuracy and efficiency to provide better data insights

Improve demurrage profitability

• Analyze the countries current practice to identify gaps to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Improve the demurrage system capabilities to support business needs.

ZIM Website

• Updating tariffs in ZIM’s website
• Improving customers’ visibility through D&D calculator and tariff web page

Requirements:

• Academic education: bachelor’s degree holder in Economics/ Business management/ Industrial management engineering. MBA - Advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical/ economic position.
• High level of analytical skills.
• Systems oriented, experience with SAP - Advantage.
• Profound knowledge in working with Tableau - must
• Excellent Excel (Macros level) and PowerPoint skills.
• High level of control in English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
