Sales Development Representative

Job description

We're on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be leading our go-to-market activities, setting up meetings, building relationships with prospects, and representing Payouts.com at global industry conferences and events.

What You’ll Do:

- Serve as the first point of contact for new business prospects, determining the appropriate next steps for each prospect.

- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to generate new leads and sales meetings.

- Articulate the company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess their buying interest.

- Prospect for new clients and lead discovery calls to understand their needs.

- Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers through calls and emails, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align efforts and maximize results.

- Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

- Build and maintain a strong social presence and digital network—be creative, bold, and sharp.

- Represent Payouts.com at global industry conferences and events, networking with potential clients and partners. This role involves periodic international travel.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1-2 years of SDR or similar sales experience in the B2B space.

- English speaker.

- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.

- A team player with great people skills.

- High energy, independent, and ready to take on challenges.

- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

- FinTech experience is a big plus.
