Data Analyst in Impact Measurement and Management (IMM)

We are looking for an experienced and talented Data Analyst to join our team and help further develop and manage the field of Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) in the realms of ESG and SDG. Responsibilities:

1. Developing Impact Measurement and Management Strategies:

• Plan and lead strategies for impact measurement across various projects, aligning with international standards such as GRI, SASB, IRIS, and SROI.
• Utilize existing methods and tools at a high level, while monitoring trends in the field, implementing, and leading innovations.

1. Data Collection and Analysis:

• Build Theories of Change based on quantitative and qualitative indicators.
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from various sources for measuring social, economic, and environmental impact.
• Process and analyze data using advanced tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel to generate meaningful insights.

1. Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Develop and upgrade measurement systems and tools for continuous monitoring of project performance and impact.
• Track project performance in the field and produce regular reports for evaluation and analysis of results.

1. Reporting and Insights Generation:

• Create complex reports based on data analysis, intended for decision-makers and business partners.
• Present insights and findings clearly and persuasively using presentations and visual tools.

1. Collaboration with Teams and Departments:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as business partners and external organizations, to improve and implement measurement processes.
• Provide consultation to internal teams in developing metrics and strategies for impact measurement.

Job Requirements:

1. Education:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Statistics, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.

1. Professional Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Data Analyst roles in the field of impact measurement within the realms of ESG and SDG, or other similar fields.

1. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, Excel.
• Ability to work with data management and analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.

1. Communication Skills:

• Excellent writing and speaking skills in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to clearly and persuasively explain findings and insights to various audiences, including internal and external clients.

1. Analytical Skills:

• Analytical thinking, ability to analyze complex data, and draw conclusions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.

1. Management Abilities:

• Ability to work under pressure in a multi-tasking environment.
• Capability to lead projects and drive processes from the data collection and analysis stage to the reporting and presentation stage.

1. Familiarity with ESG and SDG:

• In-depth familiarity with concepts and goals in the ESG and SDG fields and understanding their organizational and social impact.
