Job Description:

• Conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles.
• Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Coordinate with HRBPs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and HR strategies.
• Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Assist in scheduling and organizing interviews, including coordinating logistics and communication with candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
