Role Description:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all social media channels, creating engaging content, and fostering a strong community around smarTrike. A key part of the role involves filming, editing, and posting explanatory videos that highlight the unique features of smarTrike products.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a social media strategy to align with business goals.
2. Create and manage content for all social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
3. Film and edit high-quality, explanatory product videos showcasing smarTrike’s features and benefits.
4. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
5. Monitor performance metrics and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotions and events.
7. Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in social media and content creation.

Requirements:

1. Native-level English speaker.
2. Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating video content.
3. Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
4. Creative thinker with a passion for engaging families and parents.
5. Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
