We are seeking an HR Business Partner (contractor 8 months with potential for extension) to join our Tel Aviv team.
The challenge: we are growing at a fast pace, in a dynamic industry, building the next generation of cyber security solutions. We're looking for an HR professional that has experience scaling teams, coaching managers, and knows how to balance strategic, data-driven business partnership with a hands-on approach. Experience in a high-growth environment or tech company, and experience in a multinational organization, is highly desirable.
In this critical role, you will collaborate with multiple senior technology leaders and report directly to the head of People in Israel.
Temporary HR Business Partner Position (8 months) with a potential for extension:
- Proactively diagnose, Design and implement targeted solutions with a strong emphasis on growing teams, increased leadership scope, organizational design and change management.
- Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to improve management effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and reporting to meet business objectives.
- Develop talent management strategies to support business and leadership growth.
- Collaborate with People functions across Recruiting, Talent Development, Compensation, Legal, and more implement solutions and scale the business.
- Work closely with the Head of People and HRBP Director to ensure alignment and drive key initiatives.
- Participate in and lead projects as an active member of the broader HR community.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years in HR with experience as an HR Business Partner (min 4 years) in a fast-growing, dynamic company.
- Proven ability to assess business risks with sound judgment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Demonstrated empathy with a track record of driving inclusion initiatives.
- Experience in managing projects and leading change management efforts.
- Skilled in leveraging data to uncover insights and drive actionable decisions.
- Experience working in global and/or matrixed organizations.
- Proven capability in strategic problem-solving and influence.
- Expertise in consulting, coaching, and facilitating.
Experience in supporting technology teams is a plus.
