We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Customer Success Manager with a strong focus on technical expertise and client advocacy. This is a unique role where you'll be the voice of the customer, working closely with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to ensure that every client is not just satisfied but thrilled with the solutions we provide. You will guide customers through both pre-and post-sales processes, ensuring that their needs are fully understood and met with precision.
Your deep understanding of our product offerings will enable you to walk customers through both current and future capabilities, ensuring they fully appreciate the value and potential of what we offer.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical problem-solving, enjoys building strong relationships, and is eager to be the go-to expert on qbiq’s products and solutions. The position is based in our Tel-Aviv, Israel office.

What You Will Do
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Serve as the main point of contact for customers while working closely with our Operations, Product, and sales teams to understand customer needs deeply and ensure our solutions are tailored to exceed expectations.
- Ensure Platform Utilization and Growth: Monitor customer usage of the platform, proactively ensuring they are leveraging all available features to achieve their goals. Identify and drive opportunities to increase platform usage, expand volumes, and promote deeper engagement with our services.
- Manage the Customer Onboarding and Training Process: ensuring a smooth and successful transition onto our platform.
- Guide Pre- and Post-Sales Processes: Work with our Sales teams to support customers throughout their journey with us, from initial contact through onboarding and continued success, ensuring that all their needs are met with precision.
- Become a Product Expert: Deeply understand our product offerings and be able to confidently walk customers through both current features and future capabilities.
- Develop Strong Relationships: Build and maintain trust and confidence with customers, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Who you are
A methodical and meticulous individual, with excellent time management skills and stellar communication skills. Responsibilities include:
- Educated in Architecture, Interior Design, or a similar field.
- Experience in architecture or design, ideally within the real estate industry. (Preferred)
- Skilled at working with global customers, ideally with a presence in multiple countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- A proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate issues and address them effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- Proficiency in additional languages, such as French, is a plus.
