Human Resources Coordinator- (Temporary Position)

Unilever is seeking a Sharp and Proactive HR Coordinator to join our team in Unilever-Arad for a temporary replacement role. This position is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in Human Resources and gain valuable professional skills for the future!

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the attendance management system.

- Collaborate on and support organizational development processes within the company.

- Manage the onboarding processes for new employees and implement the benefits program.

- Ensure the successful execution of the training program in coordination with various departments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

- Experience as an HR Coordinator, preferably in manufacturing environments.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Good command of English.

- Familiarity with payroll systems (preferably Hilan).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

- Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- One day a week is available for remote work.
