Customer Success Manager

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their goals with our multidisciplinary hardware-software products in the automotive sector. This role includes onboarding, relationship management, performance monitoring, and proactive support.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding: Smoothly introduce clients to our products.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze client success.
• Client Advocacy: Represent client needs internally.
• Proactive Support: Anticipate and address client needs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven success in a customer-facing role with hardware-software products, ideally in the automotive industry.
• English: High proficiency.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Data Analysis: Experience in performance monitoring.
