An emerging company developing a medical device at the end of clinical development and before Going to Market in the US is seeking an experienced CEO.

We are looking for a motivated candidate ready to build and grow the company to the next stage.

Responsibilities:

Fundraising and establishing relations with investors and strategic partners

Develop the company's business strategy

Go to Market in the US market

Leading the company's R&D efforts

Collaborating with medical professionals to run clinical testing of prototypes and to build a go-to-market strategy.

Make high-level decisions about the company's regulatory strategy

Managing internal team and subcontractors

Hosting audits from third parties and regulatory agencies

Managing the IP of the company

Requirements:

Previous experience as CEO in a Medical device Start-up

Experienced in go-to-market activities in the US

Previous proven success in fundraising

Experience in identifying and deal-closing with investors and strategic partners

Experience in leading R&D at medical device company

Experience in Business Development

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
