Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CEO or in another senior managerial position.

Mandatory experience in the software industry.

Strong background in fundraising and investor relations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to make high-level decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field; MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.
