Job Description

As a Talent Sourcing you will play a critical role within the Talent Acquisition team. This is a unique opportunity to execute our sourcing and recruiting channels strategies.

We are looking for someone who enjoys spending their time finding smart and creative ways to source and attract talents.

• Identifying, engaging, and attracting top candidates through various sourcing channels while using and implementing effective sourcing tools.
• Delivering a professional and appealing candidate experience.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders - talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years experience as a talent sourcer
• Experience with recruiting databases and Social Media recruiting platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter and more)
• Team player with positive attitude and effective time management abilities, ability to work under pressure, handle priorities and multi-tasking in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
