We are looking for a super sharp and seasoned Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join and complete our HR team

Responsibilities

• E2E Recruitment: Shape and manage the entire recruitment process, including collaborating with hiring managers, creating job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating with qualified candidates, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• HR Interview: Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and alignment with the company culture.
• Employee Experience: Enhance the overall employee experience by organizing events and welfare activities that foster a positive work environment.
• Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
• Training and Development: Identify and implement training and L&D programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth.
• HR Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR roles
• Experience in sourcing techniques, working with LinkedIn Recruiter- advantage
• Experience in event planning and production- advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High EQ and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or other related field
