For one of our top clients, we're looking a Technical Recruiter for a very successful and well funded start-up. We're growing rapidly and searching for a talented and strategic Talent Recruiter to join our amazing HR team.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced start-up environment.
• A proven track record of successfully sourcing top talent across various roles.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics.
• The hustle and heart to excel in a dynamic and ambitious environment.
