Job Opportunity: Affiliate Manager

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to drive the growth and user acquisition of BUFF through our affiliate marketing program. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our brand across desktop and mobile platforms, reaching a broader audience of gamers. The job is Hybrid, from Herzliya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with influencers to effectively promote BUFF.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns to maximize the impact of our affiliate efforts.
• Analyze data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Innovate affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness.
• Stay updated on market trends and gaming industry developments.
• Generate new business leads and explore potential partnerships to expand our network.
• Collaborate with the team to provide insights and contribute to our overall success.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for the gaming industry and a strong grasp of gaming culture.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, gaming communities, and online marketing.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
• Experience in affiliate marketing is preferred; startup experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
