Job Description:

We're seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers for our innovative products. As the first line of communication with prospects, you'll play a crucial role in our sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
• Represent Hub's offerings with a comprehensive understanding
• Nurture cold and warm prospects to build relationships
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
• Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products
• Set up meetings between prospective customers and sales executives
• Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  
  

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
• Good understanding of marketing and sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
  

• Proficiency with Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and other sales tools
• Proven track record of achieving target quotas as an SDR
• Experience working with leads in Cybersecurity and financial services
