What's Guardio?
Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family, and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime. We try to avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and much more.
Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 80 people) on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for core team members to join our Growth team. We already have over a million registered customers and many new products and features in the pipeline.
So, what's the job?
We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and strategic leader to serve as the Affiliate & Partnerships program manager. In this role, you will play a key role in building, developing, and managing our Affiliates and Partnerships program. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, acquiring new customers, and growing Guardio’s brand presence through innovative partnerships and collaborations.
You will:
- Identify and recruit new partners, negotiate deals, and onboard them into our program.
- Build and manage relationships with affiliates & partners, including commercial, legal, and financial, and provide ongoing resources to partners to grow their performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify specific client needs and tailor value propositions and product offerings accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to execute partnership initiatives and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Well, you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in affiliate management/partnership development.
- Proven track record in building, scaling, and managing successful partnership programs.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
- Experience in defining KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A self-starter who is highly motivated and results-driven.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and recruit new team members and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Having experience in other marketing fields - Advantage.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bonus - have a background in cyber-related industries.
