Job Description: Senior Customer Manager

Responsible for leading the relationship in the field of preparedness and lifecycle for cyber crises for the company's customers in routine and emergencies

Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key customers while ensuring their satisfaction with preparedness, competence, preparedness, and crisis response.

The role includes working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing custom solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to provide preparedness and crisis management services.

Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, helps solve problems, identifies opportunities for further sale, and ensures that all customer interactions align with the company's strategic goals.

Professional job requirements

At least five years of experience in customer management or a similar position in the cyber sector

Excellent communication skills, building solid customer relationships, and understanding their needs.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.

Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements that will be advantageous to the candidate.

Familiarity with the world of risks

Familiarity with cyber regulation and privacy

Work in a company that provides cyber services

Additional requirements

Excellent level of English

Work unusual days and hours

Work periodically involves traveling abroad
