Vice President Research And Development (AI)

We are seeking a Co-founder to join our team. This individual will spearhead the development and implementation of AI strategies, driving innovation, and growth in our company. As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future, working closely with other executives and stakeholders to achieve our mission and business objectives.

creating impactful and scalable solutions. Today, we are helping a bunch of paying customers to increase their product quality using AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the AI vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals.
• Innovation and Development: Lead the development of AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and enhance our product offerings. (Hands-on 🤙)
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain the AI technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and technological advancements.
• Data Management: Oversee the collection, storage, and utilization of data, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement processes to monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, continuously improving their accuracy and efficiency.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, computer engineering, or equivalent Specialized in NLP

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of leading successful AI projects.
• Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment. (preferred)
