Social Media Manager

We are looking for Social Media Manager for a startup located in Herzliya.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, developing content strategies, optimizing social media performance, and ensuring effective communication with the target audience.

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Social Media Manager located in Herzliya, with flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with partners

● Monitor and analyze portfolio performance to meet company goals

● Improve restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge

● Negotiate contracts and terms of partnership

● Develop plans to increase partner growth and performance

● Ensure high-quality content by signing exclusivities with partners

● Optimize company visibility through marketing with partners

● Improve revenue through commission renegotiation and asset selling

● Address churned and inactive partners

● Improve operational efficiency for partner satisfaction

● Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment to grow and develop

Qualifications:

● 2+ years experience in account/relationship management or business consultancy

● Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and through digital channels

● Strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills

● Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets

● Experience in a dynamic, high-growth company preferred

● Self-starter, hardworking, and well-organized

● Empathetic, inclusive, team player, and curious attitude

● Fluent in Hebrew and Arabic

● Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
