Customer Service Technical Support

Sendi.io, a leading startup in the restaurant delivery management sector, is looking for a technical support specialist.

What are we looking for?

- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Ability to work under pressure and solve real-time problems.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions.

What is considered an advantage?

- Experience working with APIs and using tools like Postman.

- Previous experience in technical support or customer service.

- Familiarity with the delivery and logistics industry.

Job Conditions:

• Primarily remote work, with more time in the office expected at the beginning for onboarding and training.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (no work on weekends).
