Shavit is looking for a Data Analyst!
Responsibilities:
- Data analyst in the field of human resources.
- Development and maintenance of SQL models.
- Development and maintenance of dashboards in Clixsense.
- Presenting data and insights to managers, drawing conclusions and directions for action.
- Development of models for forecasting, indicators and tools for managing the indicators.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the field
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering and management / management and economics / computer science / statistics / accounting.
- Experience working in databases - experience writing SQL and data visualization
- Development experience in Clixsense - an advantage
- Familiarity and experience with the SAP system - an advantage
- Very high skill in working in Excel.
