Frontend Tech Lead- Infra Team

Job Description: Frontend Infra Developer (Core Team)

We are seeking for a skilled and experienced Infra Front End Developer to join our core team. As a member of this team, your main responsibility will revolve around crafting the frontend infrastructure for our product. You will primarily concentrate on constructing resilient and scalable frontend frameworks, tools, and libraries that will enhance and support our React-based application.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the frontend infrastructure, including frameworks, tools, and libraries, to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of the application.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance during the development phases.
• Act as a technical lead in the frontend area, providing mentorship and guidance to other developers on best practices, coding standards, and architectural decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize the frontend development process, such as automation, code reuse, and performance enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improve development efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend infrastructure-related issues in collaboration with the development team.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer, with a focus on frontend infrastructure and architecture.
• Proficiency in React, with a deep understanding of the ecosystem and its core principles.
• Strong knowledge of design principles.
• Experience with frontend build tools and module bundlers, such as Webpack.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices, including design patterns, clean code, and testing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  
  

• Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, RESTful APIs) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Experience in establishing a design system and frontend infrastructure in a SaaS company.
• Technical leadership experience or experience working with infrastructure teams.
• Experience with performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Angular/Vue architecture and components is considered valuable and significant experience.
