Job description
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) Your role will require a combination of technical understanding and excellent customer facing skills to effectively address both the business and technical challenges faced by our customers. Acting as a liaison, you will bridge the gap between customers and DEX internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between Professional services, Support, Engineering and Sales to deliver a unified and satisfying customer experience.
You will provide strategic technical guidance and FinOps to proactively improve performance, reliability, security and cost-effectiveness of customers’ solutions using Cloud and IT infrastructure best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of customer accounts, ensuring that all aspects of their technical needs are addressed and managed effectively
- Demonstrate strong management and organizational skills to oversee customer management, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of services
- Work collaboratively with both customers and internal teams to foster a productive working relationship and achieve common goals
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Employ excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non- technical stakeholders
- Be flexible and adaptable to thrive in a high-paced and dynamic work environment, responding quickly to changing customer needs and market demands
- Apply effective problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Professional requirements
Must
- 2+ years of experience in a technical account management role or a similar field.
- Technical background in Cloud / IT / SaaS solutions.
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain conversations with clients in a diplomatic and goal-focused manner.
- Ability to solve complex problems and offer creative solutions.
- Ability to monitor customer activity and create relevant reports.
- Experience in handling multiple types of services/products/solutions.
- High level English – reading, writing, speaking.
