Position Overview:
We seek a motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate marketing programs, building strong relationships with partners, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and a proven track record of delivering results
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Affiliate Programs: Create, implement, and oversee affiliate marketing strategies to increase traffic, leads, and revenue.
- Recruit and Onboard Affiliates: Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners that align with Wittix brand and business objectives.
- Maintain Affiliate Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools and support to optimize performance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, generating reports and insights to inform strategic decisions and improve ROI.
- Optimize Campaigns: Continuously assess and optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum effectiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall company goals.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and incorporate relevant strategies into campaigns
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role, preferably within the fintech or e-commerce industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and analytics tools.
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using marketing software and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
