What will you do in SuperPlay?:

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our team.

• Data Analysis: Dive deep into our game's data to uncover valuable insights, patterns, and trends. Your analyses will provide the foundation for strategic decisions.
• Recommendations and Insights: Transform your data findings into actionable recommendations and conclusive insights. Your input will guide the development of in-game features, the optimization of our game's economy, and the shaping of our future product roadmap.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments within the company. Your insights will be instrumental in creating better gaming experiences, enhancing monetization strategies, and improving player retention.
• Automated Reporting: Develop automated dashboards and reports to ensure that key business metrics and player experiences are readily available for the entire team. These tools will facilitate data-driven decision-making across the company.
  
  

• B.A/B.Sc. in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or other quantitative fields
• 2 years of hands-on experience in a B2C business
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable recommendations
• A deep-seated curiosity for understanding user behavior and the ability to navigate through uncertainty with ease
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-motivation
  
  

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• Strong SQL skills for efficient data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel for user analytics.
• Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
