We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Engineer to join our team in the banking sector.

This role is suitable for a junior professional with basic SQL knowledge and an analytical mindset, who is eager to grow in a quality-driven environment and contribute to testing and data validation activities.

This is an hybrid position located in Tel Aviv.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Write and execute basic SQL queries to support data validation and ensure data integrity.
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for backend systems.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product managers to understand system architecture and business requirements.
Identify, document, and track bugs, and support root cause analysis and resolution.

Job requirements:

Up to 1 year of experience in a QA or Testing role.
Basic SQL proficiency – familiarity with simple queries, basic joins, filtering, and understanding of data structures.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy and data integrity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to learn independently.
Proven motivation for a long-term role.
